PRA is building a nationwide network of freelance Operational Travel Staff (OTS)—experienced Travel Directors who take full ownership of onsite execution so our Event Producers can focus on strategy and client engagement. What Does a Operational Travel Staff do at PRA?

 You Will

  • Lead onsite delivery for assigned programs end‑to‑end—transportation flows, arrivals/departures, venue turns, hospitality desks, activities, VIP movements, contingency plans, and real‑time recovery.

  • Partner with PRA market leaders on the right programs at the right time based on demand forecasts and program complexity.

  • Match your strengths to the work—we align TDs with program types, client expectations, and market nuances where you’ll excel.

  • Uplevel with PRA training—access an OTS curriculum delivered in‑person, virtually, and on‑the‑job; master PRA standards, tools, and “the PRA way” of onsite execution.

  • Model PRA’s standards and culture—deliver consistently,  and set the tone for guest experiences.

 

What You Bring

 

  • Proven TD chops on multi‑venue, multi‑movement corporate and incentive programs (transportation systems, airport operations, dine‑arounds, shuttles, offsite events, VIP routing, etc.).

  • Calm under pressure—you can build contingency plans, make decisions, and lead field teams through change.

  • Client‑facing presence—confident, polished, and proactive with stakeholders, suppliers, and guests.

  • Fluency with manifests and onsite comms—you translate complex logistics into clear staff assignments, timing, and updates.

  • Availability to travel to PRA markets nationwide; evening/weekend/holiday flexibility as programs demand.
